I am a prime example of this statistic because in my first attempt at network marketing over 20 years ago I did exactly that. In less than 90 days I quit. So while that may not qualify me to divulge why so many people fail. It certainly gives me some insight into why I did and what I could have done differently back then to have been successful. And the number one area that would have made the biggest difference is to have chosen a better coach.

You see I can now pinpoint it down to poor mentoring. I didn’t like the way my coach expected me to recruit. I found the expectations and pressures and to recruit friends and family unacceptable. I am not saying you can’t or shouldn’t do that just that it wasn’t right for me. So that was it for my Network experience. If recruiting meant begging friends family and neighbors I wanted no part of it.

So you may ask what has changed for me since then? Why would I reconsider network marketing? The fact is back then I had a bad coach. If the only way I was going to grow is by begging family I was doomed for failure because that wasn’t going to work for me. I knew that then but I didn’t understand how to do things differently. And I had no one to train me otherwise. I needed a coach that could show me there are much better ways to recruit and promote and train then begging.You don’t have to make this mistake.

Of the thousands of people who have been successful in MLM or Network marketing most of them will tell you about they had a partner or person they worked with and learned from which contributed to their success.
